We make most Sparkked pieces to order, so please review your size, color, shipping address, and order details before purchasing.

Returns

Eligible non-sale items may be returned within 5 business days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition with tags and original packaging where possible.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges when available. Customers are responsible for return and replacement shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Final Sale

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Sizing

Please check the size guide before ordering. We do not offer refunds for sizing issues, but eligible size exchanges may be requested within the return period.

Shipping

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return and replacement shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise determined for an approved damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect order.
